Stephanie began her career with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, London, for which she gained a first-class honors. She then established her own business working as a Sports Rehabilitation Practitioner and secured the role of Head Practitioner for Teddington Rugby Football Club. She also worked as part of the medical team for the Rugby Football Union (RFU), and as a part-time practitioner across a number of clinics for chiropractic treatment and neuro-rehabilitation, as well as health and fitness studios, and as the onsite Corporate Practitioner at Dairy Crest. In this role, Stephanie developed both her management and organizational skills, having to organize and attend meetings with all her teams, as well as implementing programs to improve practice and assessment procedures. In particular, she successfully introduced concussion screening protocol at Teddington RFC. However, her passion for both science and organization influenced a career transition into medical communications where she has gained vast experience.
Stephanie’s current role is Marketing and Operations Manager at Scientific Education Support (SES) and she works across a wide range of projects including the Multiple Myeloma Hub. The role involves strategic operational planning and cross department management to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of all SES activities.
Stephanie's responsibilities range from social media management, presentation development, minute-taking, client liaison and conference planning. In her role Stephanie ensures the day to day smooth running of the Hub, by managing timelines, coordinating the digital maintenance and development of the Hub and liaising with the IT team to implement changes, as well as planning and organizing the Steering Committee meetings. In addition, she manages the wide array of administrative tasks associated with conference coverage, from travel logistics to liaising with key opinion leaders both before and after. Stephanie also works in a similar role across the AML Global Portal, Lymphoma Hub, GvHD Hub and Know AML.
